First close of ActoMezzanine II at € 150m

Tuesday 9 September 2014

The French mezzanine fund ActoMezzanine II, managed by ACG Capital, formerly Groupama Private Equity, realised its first close at € 150m in the first half of 2014, with a final target of € 200m.

Acto Mezzanine II received commitments from several French investors such as Bpifrance, AG2R La Mondiale or OFI AM, and also from international institutional investors such as the EIF (European Investment Fund).

With this new fund, the team of ActoMezz continues its investment strategy successfully implemented since 2007. ActoMezz accompanies French SMEs wishing to strengthen their capital base and managers looking to increase their holding in ownership by investing alongside them as an arranger mezzanine, including sponsorless and minority capital.

Acto Mezzanine II has already realised four investments, which are distinguished by the quality of their management team and their capital involvement, their past performance and their leadership in niche sectors.
