- Dawson Portfolio Finance VI (Portfolio Financing solutions – Canada) at $8bn, above target
- EQT Infrastructure VI (Value Add – Sweden) at €21.5bn, above target
- Ring Altitude II (Growth Buyout Impact – France) at €217m
- Successfully advised on 6 co-investment syndications, totaling more than €400m

A Booming Secondary Activity
- Signed 20 mandates for LP-led transactions across all strategies (Buyout, Infrastructure, Private Debt and Venture Capital) for Institutional Investors, Funds of Funds, Single Family Offices and Corporate VCs, with sizes ranging from €10m to €200m
- Closed 3 GP-led transactions supporting business expansion of mid-market companies and generating liquidity for existing LPs
A Trusted Strategic Advisory Partner
- Advised an independent manager (€400m AuM in VC/Impact) in its merger with a €5bn AuM multi-asset platform, strengthening its presence in Private Equity
- Conducted 2 competitive GP-selection processes for a consortium of LPs, for the management of dedicated Biodiversity and Defence industry Private Equity funds
- Advised 2 LPs in competitive advisor-selection processes for dedicated alternative investment programs in Europe and the US
