Jasmin Capital strengthens its teams to accelerate its development. Gilles Morel and Marie Baudet-Plazolles have joined the Placement Agent activity within the Project Management team as Managing Director – Head of Project Management and Vice President, respectively.
Grégoire Déchy has also joined the company as Senior Advisor in charge of Asia.
In the Sales team, Vincent Goupil has been appointed Managing Director – Head of Sales and Filippo Alberti has been promoted to Senior Associate.
Gilles Morel previously occupied the position of Executive Director of the Equity Capital Markets team at Natixis (a French Corporate and Investment Bank). Gilles began his career at ODDO BHF (a Franco-German financial services institution) in the Corporate Finance and Equity Capital Markets departments. He holds a Master’s degree from ESCP Europe Business School.
Marie Baudet-Plazolles previously occupied the position of Vice President of the Corporate M&A department of ICADE (a listed Real Estate Company). She also worked in London in the Investor Relations team of MARK Capital Management and in the Investment Banking department of William Blair. Marie graduated from IE Business School Madrid.
Grégoire Déchy previously worked in Hong Kong as a Director of SoftBank Asia Infrastructure Fund (SAIF Partners), focusing on private and public markets opportunities in the Technology and Healthcare sectors. Prior to that, he headed the prime brokerage team of Société Générale Corporate and Investment Bank in Asia-Pacific. He graduated from ESTP and HEC Paris.
Filippo Alberti joined Jasmin Capital in 2022. He previously worked for 4 years in the sales team of AXA Investment Managers, after a first experience in audit at PwC. He graduated from SKEMA Business School and from the Catholic University de Sacro Cuore in Milan.
Vincent Goupil previously worked as an Analyst in a strategy consulting firm. He has been working at Jasmin Capital since 2015, where he started as an Intern. He graduated from NEOMA Business School.
