In respond to the growth of its business, Jasmin Capital has developed its team over the last months with the arrivals of Kevin Li, Vice President, Selma Guermah, Senior Associate, Bérengère Brun and Pierre-Alexandre Anglards as Associates and Sofiane Ben Meftah, Analyst.
Besides these hires, Jasmin Capital continues to foster internal talents with the promotions of Marthe Fahre and Jérémy Cerf as Senior Associates.
Kevin Li joined the firm in 2023. He previously worked as Vice President among the Equity Capital Markets team at Natixis Investment Banking. He began his career in Debt Capital Markets at Natixis CIB, before joining the Equity Capital Markets department to carry out equity advisory missions and advise corporates. Kevin holds a Master’s degree in Management from Toulouse Business School.
Selma Guermah joined Jasmin Capital in 2024 in the Advisory team. Prior to Jasmin, she worked as M&A Associate at Lazard successively in the TMT and Generalist teams. Selma holds a Master’s degree in Management from ESCP Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Barcelona.
Marthe Fahre, joined the company in 2022 in the Fund Placement team and is based in Paris. Marthe has worked as Sustainable Finance Analyst at Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB) and has experience working on international business expansion projects for scale-ups. Marthe is Norwegian and holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Economics & Technology Management from NTNU (Norwegian University of Science and Technology) and from l’Ecole des Mines de Paris.
Jérémy Cerf joined Jasmin Capital in 2023 in the Advisory team. Prior to Jasmin, he has been M&A Senior Analyst for RivierAzul Advisors for 4 years. He started his career as Structured Loans Analyst and Junior Coverage Credit Analyst at BNP Paribas in Paris and New York. Jeremy holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from EM Lyon Business School, and a Master’s degree in Banking & Engineering from ESSCA.
Bérengère Brun joined the firm in 2023. She previously worked as Investor Relations Analyst at Access Capital Partners in the Infrastructure & Buyout teams. Bérengère holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from King’s College London, and a Bachelor’s degree from EDHEC Business School.
Pierre-Alexandre Anglards joined the firm in 2023. He previously worked as Investment Banking Analyst in the Corporate Talent Pool of Natixis CIB. During his tenure, he worked on Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets & Leverage Finance topics. Pierre-Alexandre holds a Master’s degree in Management from Neoma Business School.
Sofiane Ben Meftah joined Jasmin Capital in 2023. He previously interned at the company and has prior experience as Financial Analyst at Michelin. Before transitioning to finance, he was a high-level rugby athlete at Stade Aurillacois in France (Pro D2). Sofiane holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance & Banking from EDHEC Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from EM Lyon Business School.
