Apax Partners announces the completion of its tenth fund: Apax Midmarket X. The fund raised €1.6bn, exceeding its initial hardcap of €1.5bn.
The fund has already made 3 investments and will replicate the successful strategy of previous funds by investing in companies with an enterprise value of between €100m and €500m, operating in the Technology, Consumer, Healthcare and Services sectors.
Jasmin Capital has intervened as placement agent for Apax Midmarket X.
